2026 Census – It Matters to Our Community!
2026 is a Census year, and this is so important for our town! Every household that completes the Census helps ensure our community is accurately counted — and that directly impacts the government funding and services we receive.
Census data is used by all levels of government to make decisions about things like:
✔️ Infrastructure funding
✔️ Emergency services
✔️ Health care and seniors’ programs
✔️ Schools and child care
✔️ Community planning and future growth
A complete and accurate count helps communities like ours receive our fair share.
If you receive a Census form, please take the time to complete it. It’s quick, confidential, and truly makes a difference.

FCC AGRISPIRIT FUND
A heartfelt thank you to FCC and the FCC AgriSpirit Fund for their generous $25,000 grant to the Town of Arcola! This funding will allow us to build an outdoor pavilion in Ed Hanna Park this summer, supporting year-round educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities for both our community and school. We are so grateful for this investment in our town.

Upgrade Sewer Main Rehabilitation and Lining
This year, an additional 900 meters of sewer line were successfully relined, continuing our commitment to maintaining and upgrading critical underground infrastructure.
The total project cost was $320,000.00, with funding support from the Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF), which helped make this important work possible.
Sewer relining extends the life of existing infrastructure, reduces the risk of leaks and failures, and minimizes disruption to residents compared to full pipe replacement. This project is another step toward ensuring reliable and sustainable services for our community.
Thank you for your continued support as we invest in Arcola’s infrastructure.
