Below is a list of Optimist Legion Hall Rental Regulations:

• Hall booking and rental fee payments are made with the Town of Arcola Office.

• Rental rate is $100.00/use/day, including the kitchen area. This is due when the key is picked up.

• The bar/storage area in the northwest corner is not available for rent.

• Stack chairs in stacks of eight.

• Wipe and put tables away after use.

• Tables and chairs may not be removed from the building.

• Sweep floor.

• Clean and put away all dishes and/or kitchen items used during rental.

• Tea towels are to be washed and dropped back off at the town office.

• Heat – set thermostat to 20 degrees C after use.

*Optimist Club Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays every month

*The United Church Rummage Sale is the last Saturday in April and 1st Saturday after Thanksgiving in October. 

The Hall is not available at these times.
